Unable to install frontend: cannot connect to the database

hello everybody
I m trying to install zabbix 5.0. i have succeed all the point now i m instaaling the frontend and while configure DB connection i have the error cannot connect to the database. I have look my log file and it show that it connect to the DB.i have check zabbix conf file and everything seems ok.

Can somebody help me to troubleshoot

What OS are you using? And how did you build Zabbix environment? Have you installed the PHP extension for database access? Check if there is any output in the PHP environment log.

I m using redhat 7.3

i have notice during installation that php 7 was installed
where can i check for php log

is case of somebody have the same problem . PHP-MYADMIN was not install i have just install it and now everything is ok
