How do I create table/dashboard of devices CPU, Mem, Storage etc?

Hello,

I'm doing a POC with Zabbix to see what it can do and also with Grafana. We are doing the same with LibreNMS. We currently use SolarWinds which we want to move away from.

I've been asked to add 10 Servers via SNMP (5 fro each datacenter) and see if I can create 2 dashboards in a table that simple show IP/Hostname, CPU %, Physical Mem %, Storage Used %, etc.

Is this possible in Zabbix as I've been looking at it over the past few hours and can't see how you do this, would someone kindly give me some advise if you have a moment?

This shows too much data, how can I limit to table just IP, CPU, Mem, Storage and remove the other attributes?

Group you items by "Application" and use in Data overview Widget filter
