Screen cell Configuration - change default Parameters

it´s possible to Change the Default Parameters in the "Screen Cell Configuration"

I want to Change the "height", "width" and "Vertical align"

Default Parameters in my Setup are
width=500
height=100
vertical align=middle

unfortunately I cannot attach a Screenshot, cause I have no quota in this Forum :-(
