How send information to display em trigger macro?

I have a scrip and this script returno 2 values:
ID and status

I need display in zabbix's trigger something like this
The ID {$macro} is in status {$macro} at last 15 minutes
exemples:
The ID 8565856 is in status 3 at last 15 minutes
The ID 7858748 is in status 5 at last 15 minutes
The ID 0054289 is in status 1 at last 15 minutes

how I acomplish that using zabbix-sender?
