Dismiss "new serial number received"? Ack to close... doesn't.

I have a bunch of Problems that say (because I replaced a controller):

/dev/sdc: Disk has been replaced (new serial number received) Device serial number has changed. Ack to close

I have Ack'd these, but several days later they're still showing up. How can I get rid of them?

Ah, ok. I was confused because of how it says "Ack to close". Maybe that text should say "close to close" instead.

Acknowledge is just a notification that someone noticed the issue and is dealing with this. It does not make problem "closed". If you want to close it, then close it... Manual closing has to be allowed in trigger config.
Depending on trigger condition, it may or may not appear again...
