Add Disk space Monitor and Alert

Hi
i would like to find a tutorial on how to configure on my hosts/host groups to monitor disk space on my windows servers
i tried adding the buildin template, but with no success

i did all as i saw but when i tried to add it to my host somting was missing
i cant see the new item
