Unable to get cpu utilization on a windows process

Hi All, We are trying to get a windows process to show cpu utilization, We have created an item proc.cpu.util[HealthService.exe] with numeric (float) and %, but when we test it comes back with "Unsupported Item key". Is this metric not supported for windows servers?
    TIA

Okay we are trying the process cpu on a Linux 7. server, we used the proc.cpu.util[ServiceName] with numeric (float) and %, when we do the "test" button at the bottom, then the "get value and test button" the console comes back with a value of 0.0000000. According to another monitoring tool we have been using it shows that process averaging 2%. Why is the zabbix agent returning 0's as a result?

We let it run for a while after adding, and last , min, avg, and max are all still zero's. We tried using 'active zabbix agent' as opposed to just ' zabbix agent' and it made no difference. Is there something that's missing from the Item?

After further investigation it appears that it was just a naming issue, syntax and capitalization is critical. We found out the system will take anything you throw out there as a process name and look like its running but wont have any data. The test button is quite helpful. Could someone please point us in the direction of the correct trigger syntax for the process cpu exceeds utilization for the item we just created?
