Zabbix & external monitoring systems

We use Zabbix for monitoring.
Our partner is planning to use other system.
We need to exchange monitoring datas.

I'm interested in coopereation with the next systems: BMC Patrol, MS SCOM, NetCool, Portal - any of them.

What is the best way to integrate it?
Maybe via SNMP or otherwise?

Ok, i've tried it - really best way. But it works if i need get data from my Zabbix to external World.
I have opposite task: get data from other monitoring system to our Zabbix.

But how to send events to MS SCOM. ? How to send it with API. Please suggest if it is working for Yours.

alankar, i've never worked with SCOM. I wrote the API-scripts just for training myself, never for real tasks.

You can write script to get data from DB by API.
And start the script on SCOM-side, i hope MS SCOM cans start external scripts.
