    Availability of Hosts

Hello. I'm making a school project involving the funcionality of Zabbix and i'm having some issues that i just can't comprehend. I have made a network using VMware to test Zabbix, using Centos 7 as the Zabbix Server, and a Windows 7 and a Ubuntu 16 as clients to deploy agents for gathering information.

I have added the agents and the hosts to the server via web interface, but the agent from the Zabbix server doesn't seem to be avaliable and the Ubuntu host doesmn't display anything, so i don't think i'll be able to test Items, Triggers and Alerts as i have expected. All three OS are making ping to each other and to the Internet correctly. The Windows host is connecting correctly.

I have uploaded an image displaying the situation of the three hosts. I would like to know if how to face this problem and if i make more posts if i happen to have problems with the Items, Triggers and Alerts creation.

Thank you and have a good day.

PD: I'm Spanish, so forgive me if you see any gramatic error here and there. Click image for larger version

I found the error. There was a mistake in the hostname in agent.conf. Thank you for the help! And thank you too for the information regarding the ubuntu agent.

Your Ubuntu has noitems, so it cannot display agent availability. For that you need at least one passive item for that host.
For Zabbix server agent, verify, what's in it agent config, are the hostnames/IP-s correct etc. Connection refused may indicate wrong config in agent conf...
