send message with item determined in discovery but not appeared in trigger

I want to send message in action with an item which has been determined in discovery but not appeared in trigger.

If the item has appeared in trigger, I can simply realize this by "ITEM.VALUE<1-9>"

Now the item doesn't appear in trigger, but it's meaningful for it to appear in the message.

I am looking for your kindly help~
