disk read/write request responses are too high

I have the zabbix server running on Fedora 34 and everything is looking great except that I get the following error every few minutes on the zabbix server host.

sdd: Disk read/write request responses are too high (read > 20 ms for 15m or write > 20 ms for 15m)

the problem I have is that there is no disk labelled sdd on the zabbix server, or on any system which zabbix is monitoring. There was at one time, but I removed that drive over 10 hours ago. In fact if you look at the latest monitoring data for disk sdd it shows no data after 15:45. So what is causing this error and how do I fix it? I have looked around on google and I see other people have a similar issue, but I haven't seen anything that resolves the problem.

    I'm running server 5.0.10 and agent 5.0.10

    Any help is appreciated.

No I don't see any such text, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. The message flashes yellow, but I figured that just indicates it's a warning. What I find curious also is that there is another disk sde, but I get no messages related to that drive.

Oops I forgot to add that sde doesn't exist as a drive either.

I suppose there is also a yellow marker behind the item and text "this device is no longer discovered and will be removed in xxxx" ?
I think default discovery keeps those items for quite long time before deleting. You can delete those items by yourself to speed it up... triggers will go away also, if you delete related items...
