Using existing Oracle DB as backend during Zabbix installation

Hello,
I am making a clean Zabbix installation on OpenSuSe and I need a help,Cause all of the documentation is about making a new database,I want to know if it is possible to use an existing Oracle database(remote) during the installation and compiling? and how?
