1 item with multiple value

I'm trying to use Zabbix_sender to send list of servers that have been backed up and not backed up. The return value is: Protected: Server-A, Server-B,..., Unprotected: Server-C, Server-D.
I could create dependent items with key Protected and Unprotected but how to display them in Data Overview? Should I change comma with carriage return?
