Question about data-storage

Hi!


Just installed Zabbix 5.0.11 LTS.

All the timeseries data/graphdata is stored in my separate postgres/timescaledb server. I guess
Information about all added nodes/servers/equipment are stored here as well? Or is it stored elsewhere?

Could someone explain which data are placed where.

Zabbix server process itself has no function to hold data except cache in memory. The monitoring settings are stored on the same database server as the database where the latest item data is stored.

Atsushi Does it also include the information that goes into the frontend-part? Users/templates-config etc. Does that also get stored in postgres?

Of course. All settings except the configuration file such as zabbix_server.conf are saved in the database.
