Zabbix 5NMP Cisco Switch 3750 discovery

Hi,

I wanna ask to help for someone have a some problem than me.

I have in my park 8 Switch Cisco inter connected by stack and I monitore only the first one.

I'm using default template:
Zabbix Share - Catalyst WS-C3750G-24T

The Auto Discovery works, but I have two sensor in my switch when I connect and run 'show env stack' for example:

Switch 1 FAN 2 is OK
Switch 1 FAN 3 is OK
FAN PS-1 is OK
FAN PS-2 is OK
Switch 1: SYSTEM TEMPERATURE is OK
Inlet Temperature Value: 29 Degree Celsius
Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 46 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 60 Degree Celsius

Hotspot Temperature Value: 47 Degree Celsius
Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 105 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 125 Degree Celsius
SWITCH: 2
Switch 2 FAN 1 is OK
Switch 2 FAN 2 is OK
Switch 2 FAN 3 is OK
FAN PS-1 is OK
FAN PS-2 is OK

But in Zabbix by SNMP when I run 'snmpwalk -v 2c -c public IP_SWITCH_1 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.2' I get this result:

As we can see the SNMP get Switch 3 sensors, but in Switch 1 and 2 I have only two sensors. Other problem is Sensor Name, for example Sensor 1 is INTEL and Sensor 2 is HOTSPOT, but in Zabbix doesn't get this name and also snmp command too.

Someone have the better Template to use in these cases? I tried some template and doesn`t get what I want.
