Split Zabbix Server

Good afternoon,

I have the following scenario:
Server 1 - Zabbix Server

I created a server 2 to separate the Zabbix Server BD:
Server 2 - MySQL

There is interaction between the two servers, but when I connect my server 1 by the web interface with the DB Server 2, it gives the following error:
Please create database manually, and Set the configuration parameters for connection to this database.

On the command line I succeed.

Any tips for the error or the division of servers?

I managed to solve the problem was in the php configuration file:
/var/www/html/zabbix/php/conf/zabbix.conf.php

Sorry for bothering you, but I'm having a similar problem to the one you had.

I already changed my zabbix "/web/zabbix.conf.php" for my ip (192.168.30.192) and port (3306). At the same time I changed the "/zabbix_server.conf" DBHost and DBPort with my information (192.168.30.192 and 3306), but it still doesn't pull me.

If it's not too bothersome, could you help me?
