Configuration uptime dashboard

Hi everyone!
Need help.
I want to configure dashboard with uptime servers and core routers.
Dashboard looks like this:
Host ..........Uptime
Host 1 .......58%
Host 2 .......74%
Host 3 .......100%
Looks like Availability report but need this in dashboard in live view, sorting hosts and any time period.

We would also like to configure it to include it in the Scheduled PDF reports.

Any hints?
