Customize time for status alert zabbix agent

Hello everybody,

I am new to zabbix and I am not an expert in this or in linux but I am learning little by little. I have zabbix 5.0 installed on centos7.
I would like to know how I can customize the alert time of the zabbix agent check. For example, I get these alerts:

Problem started at 09:40:29 on 2021.06.24 Problem name: Zabbix agent is not available (for 3m)

I would like to know how I do to extend that time, that is, I would like it to be every 5 or 10m instead of every 3m.
Could you guide me on how to do it step by step if possible please.

Annex image of the section where it arrived but I'm not sure what to do there to modify that time.

The truth is I am not an expert in macros or variables. Check the link you sent me but I don't understand how to do it.

It would be possible for you to help me create a macro so that, for example, the status check of the zabbix agent is done every 10 min instead of every 3 min.

Because what I want is that I do not receive so many alerts from zabbix agent not available. I think that if that time for checking the status of zabbiz agent is extended, I may not receive so many alerts so often

Another help, I do not know if you have to do something like that but it is the following.
I have this alert:
Disk space is critically low (used> 90%)

And I get that alert every 10min approximately to the telegram and to the mail, I would like this check to be done more and more, for example every 30min. so that the alerts do not reach me so often. Where can I edit that? Check the Macros and get here (attached image) but I don't know if it's there that I should modify something.

I went to the host that is throwing me the alert and I went to the Item section but there I see that it has 93 items, and I see that all the intervals are in 10m. Which of them should I change if I want the check to be done every 30m? here I attach the item section of that host

Another question this should be asked for each host? Isn't there a way that it can be done to the template and that it affects all the hosts that are within that template?
