Zabbix 5.4 to Opsgenie integration cannot get acknowledgements back from Opsgenie

Hi,
I am using Zabbix 5.4 for a new installation. We have managed to get the Zabbix to Opsgenie webhook to work sending alerts to opsgenie but when the alert is acknowledged in opsgenie it does not register in Zabbix. Has anyone know how to fix this?

I've had hit-and-miss results getting Zabbix to apply the acks/ closes from Opsgenie.
Double check your config to the Opsgenie documentation (Integrate Opsgenie with Zabbix Plugin). Setting the logs to debug might lead you in the right direction, too.

If that doesn't work, I'd open a support ticket with Opsgenie.
