mail alerts

I am unable to receive the zabbix alerts via email.
I have my smtp details configured are as follows
SMTP server : secure.emailsrvr.com
SMTP helo : eclinicalworks.com
SMTP email : [email protected]

please help and guide if I have to change anything to receive the mails.

The current implementation uses a non-authenticated SMTP relay host. If your "secure.emailsrvr.com" host s expecting a secure session, login, TLS, etc. you will need to use an action script to accept the alert and send it to your secure host.

I am unable to create the action script.

I am not able to help much there. Search the forums here, I think someone else recently commented on a publicly available script that can be used by zabbix to forward mail to secure servers.
