Blank hostname in trigger list

I've started getting some blank hostsnames in my trigger lists? Specifically relating to a group of hosts that are dynamically discovered?

Where do I begin troubleshooting to resolve this issue?

It means that you have database corruptions.

Any idea how to track this down or flush tables possibly?

So taking a look in debug mode I can track the triggerid down in the backend DB.

I have SQL Partioning enabled which truncates my history tables every 14 days and trend tables every 180 days.

When I query the item's table for items :

100100000785726
100100000785727

They do not exist?

So how does a trigger exist/fire with non-existant itemid's?
