help with web monitoring

I have a few web site to monitor with a scenario, for some it's working:



here i'm using username={user}&password={password}&commit= se connecter and zabbix successfully log on the we site.

But for those two i'm stuck, i tried various combinations but i can't managed to get it working.

probably, but how? it's changes every new connection.
