Reconfiguring zabbix installed from packages

I want to know if it is possible to reconfigure zabbix server with different "--with" after I installed it from the packages not the source?

What options are you wanting to change, and what package did you already install? Some of the packages will already be preconfigured in the scripts so if you wanted to change the database backend, for example, you'd install a different package.
