Zabbix and MessPC configuration trouble

Hello,

I bought an EthernetBox from MessPC with humidity and temperature sensors.

I installed the software provided by the company : working
I use Getif to show MIB values : working

I created a SNMP host in Zabbix. Tells me a timeout error. I can't either use snmpwalk from the Zabbix server command line : Timeout.

What missed I ?!
Does someone use this hardware ?

I also post the question to the company support and here's the answer :

the box does not support the snmp system group, only the oids from our website:

https://www.messpc.de/snmp.php

Any tools (i think also zabbix) does test with an oid from the system group first if the box 'lives'. This test does not work with the ethernet box.

Is it possible in zabix to deactivate this test?

And I'm unable to answer the questions.

Also another question : what happened if Zabbix doesn't "see" the box as SNMP capable ? Will Zabbix will send anyway the SNMP requests ?

I had to untick the "Use bulk requests" tickbox to make Zabbix SNMP "captor" green.

I attach a demo Template too.
