Zabbix doesn't monitor logs

I have a problem with Zabbix. I need "syslog" monitoring. The item has been created, but I do not see syslog information in "latest data". I'm sorry for Russian screenshot.



May anyone help me with this issue?

Permissions? I guess syslog is not readable for "ordinary user", like "zabbix".
