Empty dashboard after update to 5.4

Zabbix 5.2 working fine many year. After upgrading version to Zabbix 5.4 - on Windows clients (at web-interface) dashboards are empty.
I try all browsers and all Windows OS versions - all time same problem - DASHBOARD PAGE IS EMPTY (it doesn't matter which dashboard I use.). I cant create new dashboard (page is empty).

What is it? And how fix it!

What browser and version of the browser are you running? We found that Chrome version 80 and higher is required for Zabbix 5.4

That's great! It's definitely best to stay on the latest browser versions. Even Firefox 68 is pretty old.

              Hey Cikuzis!

Try enabling debug from the frontend to see if there's something awkward there.
Users > Your User > Add to group "Enable Debug Mode".
You should see a "Debug" button in the botom right of your screen.
Then get back to the main dashboard, and click that button.

Also, when you're navigating in the "Problems" dashboard (not this Widget in the Main Dashboard), is it alright with the problems info?

                  Yeah, that too.
I didn't mind telling him since he said he tried with several other browsers

ok, thanks, seems that problem is only with user
                SQL (0.000223): SELECT type,value_id,value_int,value_str,idx2 FROM profiles WHERE userid=3 AND idx='web.login.attempt.failed' zabbix.php:22 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → ZBase->processResponseFinal() → CView->getOutput() → include() → CWidget->show() → CWidget->toString() → get_prepared_messages() → CProfile::get() → DBselect() in include/classes/user/CProfile.php:179
logged in with user "zabbix" and everything ir fine.

no, "problems" windows also is empty.

Were you able to fix the user's view in the end?

The problem happen because the Problem dashboard is global and your filter too, if you made a filter for example in global admin, for some group hosts, this works well in your global admin account, but if you use another user and this user does not have access for group filter, the dasboard result is empty.

I had the same issue and after clear filter in admin account the user end logoff and login again and the works well.

Another thing i think is if the end user make a some filter, its apply for all? well, the Problem dashboard does not allow users for make filter, the only user level allow is super admin.
