Network discovery do not create graphs upon assigning template [5.4.3]

I have a fresh installation of Zabbix 5.4.3 with all the defaults. I use default ZYXEL XGS-4728F SNMP Template. I created a discovery rule to scan my network, find all the 4728 and add them to Zabbix with assigning this template.
This part is working, I got my devices with all the items created



BUT
For some reason Zabbix do not create graphs from template to discovered devices. There is one device I added to monitoring by hand, and all the graphs from the template were properly created. All other discovered devices do not have them despite of graphs present in template.

If I unassign template and assign it back by hand - devices start to create graphs.

How can I get my graphs for discovered hosts? I can't reassign template by hand to hundred of devices

It seems that LLD Discovery from the template isn't working after discovering host.
Triggers from LLD also aren't creating.
Even if I manually start LLD Discovery - it doesn't really discovery triggers and graphs despite of having no errors. However items are discovered. It's very strange.
If I reapply the same template and start LLD Discovery - everything is ok, triggers and graphs are created.

But for Discovered hosts only main template triggers are creating, not whose from LLD.
