    Cannot detect the minimum interval

    Hi
XEN, Opensuse tumbleweed, zabbix-server-4.0.30, new installation. Database moved from working zabbix-server v.3.
Zabbix starts up, pings the hosts first, indicates they are online, and then there are log errors: "Cannot detect the minimum interval of / usr / sbin / fping"
Fping tested different versions, even with the compilation of the newest without effect.
I have no idea what to do with it, unattended network. Only snmp works.
Do you have any idea? Fping problem?

    EDIT:
The problem is that manual fping doesn't return any value fping host, fping -a host, fping -v etc ...
The only command that works is fping -h
On an older machine opensuse fping manually works fine.
    Please help.

This was due to the lack of the / etc / protocols file
