Hello,I am Installation from sources zabbix5.4 PHP7.4,But open the chrome dev tools display any error,I guess it is caused by permission denial, but I can’t find out where the problem is, please manage to help.Thanks!

I can't actually view the pictures you uploaded, but I'm not sure I understand your question.
Are you having any actual problems with Zabbix (like there are parts that don't work), or is it just when you're using the browser developer tools that you have issues?
