Triggered action is not working

Hello,
i want zabbix to send a report, if a printer runs out of toner.
For this i have set up a trigger for that printer.


I created a triggered action for this:



But this action is doing nothing.

The mailserver is configured corret. A test email was delivered.

My user is member of the administrators group.
How can i send an email notification to myself?
