    SNMP stack ports invalid response

Hi, I am having issues with HUAWEI stack snmp polling.

In my template from zabbix share Huawei_S5700-CE6800_SNMPv3

    There are items:

Discovery: Stack Health: Stack Cable Connectivity [0.0]
Discovery: Stack Health: Stack Cable Connectivity [0.1]
Discovery: Stack Health: Stack Cable Connectivity [1.0]
Discovery: Stack Health: Stack Cable Connectivity [1.1]

    snmp poll:
    1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.183.1.21.1.5.0.0 returns "1"
    1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.183.1.21.1.5.0.1 returns "2"
    1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.183.1.21.1.5.1.0 returns "2"
    1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.183.1.21.1.5.1.1 returns "1"

    but on the switch

Can you help ? Zabbix is sending triggers because the snmp is returning value is 2 altough the stack is up. Thanks

if snmpwalk returns value 2 ( seems that way ) then there is nothing wrong Zabbix is doing - more likely is device topic - talk to your HW vendor and doublecheck that your looking on the correct interface

Hi so yes it was the generic snmp problem on the vendor side, they said maybe in the future they will fix it.

      Anyway thanks for response
