So basically i'm going to be deploying Zabbix for the first time for a large base of customer.
From my understanding i'd have to install an agent on machine at the customers site to be able to monitor devices there - However given the customer base this is purely not practical for me to do.
Is there an alternative to this? Ie monitoring via WAN IP?
Now most devices i'll be monitoring will be Draytek Routers pulling SNMP Data.
My Network understanding is pretty slim and most customers have basic network set ups.
