Zabbix - Report for acknowledgement time

Hi,

Is there anyway to generate a report that will show the time between when an alert was triggered and when it was acknowledged?

I've got something similar:

You would need to add some calculations in the "for ack in event" section.

I'm just started to learn python, be nice :-)

Did you write this specifically for me?

Python is a little beyond me as i'm a PHP chap.
