How to change "Disk spac is critically low" trigger

Hi! I am new to Zabbix.

We are monitoring hosts with a copy of the default Windows template.
it reports Disk Space when it´s critically low for all disks of hosts.

I´d like to put an exception, when disk volume name is "SWAP", it is only informational, not a problem.

    How can I do this?
I thought i could make a copy of "Windows Physical Disks by Zabbix Agent", change this trigger and replace the original temnplate with this copy.
But i didn´t find the settings to change this configuration.

    Can anyone help-me?

Hello. There's a number of ways to do this. Not really sure why there's volume with "SWAP" label on your Windows machine at all... Wouldn't it be easier to just exclude this volume from discovery at all by editing "Windows filesystems by Zabbix agent" template's macros? Otherwise you'll have to duplicate discovery rule especially for these volumes or add some complex items prototypes conditions etc. Of course, you can just change the trigger's prototype, and add expression to it's condition, something like "and {#FSNAME} not equal to "SWAP"" Instead of "SWAP" you can create a new macro for this template, so you can later change the list of these volumes. Then you'll have to duplicate this prototype with severity "Informational" and without "SWAP" condition. Not an elegant solution, but should work.

Some developers of lecacy applications asked to have a dedicated swap partition on Windows Server. And these swap partitions we label as "SWAP". This is why there are some servers with this label. And not to waste disk space, we created the volume just a little bigger than swap file, so that´s why it warns disk space full. We would like this disks with "SWAP" on label not appear on reports of critical disk space.

T think FSNAME gets the drive letter, not the label. But I will check it out. I tried look for documentation but I didn´t find this specific.

Solution done: let discover the volume, later we disable the trigger discovered for this item.
