Zabbix 5.4 and PagerDuty

Hello,
I'm trying to integrate Zabbix 5.4 with PagerDuty and I've got problem. When I use test from MediaTypes, it sends message to PagerDuty correctly.
I've added action for trigger and it doesn't send anything.
User PagerDuty has added mediatype PagerDuty and is in "No access to frontend" - is it enough to work?
Instruction says: The default settings for PagerDuty User should suffice as this user will not be logging into Zabbix.
Any suggestions what I've done wrong?

Thanks, I've forgotten to add read permissions for monitored host. It works.

So, I've got next question. How to set PagerDuty urgency with Zabbix severity level? All messages are sent to PD as high urgency. I want to set Warning/Average as low and error/critical as high.

• Please note, that in order to notify on problems with host this user must has at least read permissions for such host.

So, add that user to a group that actually sees those problems.

Never used Pagerduty... but as docs show, that severity is sent there (eventseverity -> {EVENT.SEVERITY}), then I would look into PD and see how and what is done with that value there...
