SNMP synology disconnected after working well

Hello,

The SNMP connection disconnect after a while. Zabbix write "timeout" and it stay timeout. And I have to re-enter the SAME credentials and it's working again on the synology interface.

I have several NAS on the network; sometimes some of them disconnect at once and sometimes it's just one NAS.

I'm using Zabbix 5.4.3. dockerized.

NAS are DS218+, DS418play, DS1819+ (they all disconnect at least once i think) and they all are running on the lastest update.
And disconnected or not the NAS are still working fine...

SNMP parameters are v3, md5 and aes128 but I don't think the problem is there because it's working !

I didn't find any similar problem on synology forum...

Hi,

And yet they are still "pinging" by my Zabbix interface with the template ICMP and the users still have access to all the folders in it with no problems...
I didn't find any lead to explore....
