upgrade from 2.0.4 to 2.4.6 gives Invalid date.timezone errors in frontend

Hi,

I upgraded zabbix from 2.0.4 to 2.4.6 using source on ubuntu.
The upgrade went well. but my front end and all user interface gives lots of erros related to >>>>>> Invalid date.timezone value 'Europe/Switzerland/Zurich'.
I am attaching the login page. The timezone data on the machine is correct.

any help. Otherwise the zabbix server seems to collect all data and reports downtimes and other stuff correctly. Only issue is that in all pages when i navigate i get lots of these timezone errors and so the display is affected.

$ rpm -ql tzdata| grep Zurich
/usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Zurich
/usr/share/zoneinfo/posix/Europe/Zurich
/usr/share/zoneinfo/right/Europe/Zurich

As you see there is no such zone like Europe/Switzerland/Zurich. It is only Europe/Zurich.
