Automatic adding of tags based on IP

Is there any way to add tags automatically to hosts based on IP addresses? For example, I would like to add a tag: location : warszawa for all hosts that have the address 10.0.0.x or fill in the location in the inventory of nodes configration based on ip addresses (as above). How to do it? Is it even possible?

Autoregistration by default has no tag adding options. But you can add it via API with external script....
