Creating tickets in Salesforce from Zabbix alert

Hey guys,

Is there a way to integrate Zabbix alerts into creating Salesforce tickets?

For now, Im using power automate to create tickets in salesforce from Zabbix alert emails. So thinking getting this simpler in 'one click' on Zabbix alert itself which will automate a ticket in Salesforce.

can't you send the zabbix alert emails directly to service cloud?
