[API] How to add multiple hostgroups during the user group creation?

Hi,

I'm trying to automate some user and user group creation via Zabbix API (v 5.0.11)

The problem is I can't find omegle in API guide a command to add a host group (or add sub groups) in a single API call.

Any hint?

My aim is to add a shagle main host group and all his sub groups.
