Architecture question

Hi guys,

I have a question for you.

At my office, we're currently planning to deploy one zabbix server per department (for security reasons, they want one per service).

Is it possible to have, over these instances, a "super zabbix" that can grab all the data from these different servers ? So the selected persons can get access to all the data from all the different services ?

That was once possible by Node based distrubuted monitoring, which was discontinued with Zabbix release 2.4

There are several community approaches to fill the gap:

• ZabbixUnify
• Octo-Zab
• PoC: Distributed Monitoring based on Low-Level-Discovery
• ...

But there is unfortunately no real solution yet. However, some work has already been started for ZBXNEXT-2963. Vote for it!
