I don't really understand what you're asking.
Zabbix uses the SNMP libraries from your operating system, which means that if you've correctly loaded MIB files in the appropriate directory on your Zabbix server, then all those OIDs defined in the various MIB files are automatically available to the Zabbix server to use. You may have to restart the zabbix-server processes after adding MIBs, to get it to see the new files, but other than that, there's nothing to "import".
It seems like you might be asking for something different than just making the MIBs available so that Zabbix can map a textual OID to a numeric one, though.
