Zabbix 5.4 email office365 mail; works when using "test" option, not from event.

Zabbix 5.4 sent email to office365 mail;
have set up media type email as described in many articles, using the MX record for our office365.
When then using the "test" option on that media type it works fine, i get the email.
But not when triggered by an event, nothing happends...

Is this a known issue? does anyone know how to get this to work properly (because what is an alerting system with actually receiving alerts, that can be added/forwarded to another system to create a service desk ticket e.g.).

I had this problem in the past with gmail corporate accs. We had to get in contact with them, to find out that they were identifying the emails from zabbix as spam and automatically blocking (but the test worked)
Try to get in contact with microsoft.
But just in case, please, post your action config.
