It Service (SLA) how to config it

is someone can explain howto parameter an "it services".
I just want to know if a server, a router, a switch is present in a planned SLA.
I try but it's deseperate.

i create a items :
Description : Agent is running - McAfee
Type Zabbix Agent
Key proc.num[Mschield.exe]
Type : Numeric (integer 4bit)
Update : 30
Keep : 30
status : monitored
store : As is

i create a trigger :
Name : Agent McAfee is not running on {HOSTNAME}
Expression : {SpecTusNTroc.num[Mcshield.exe].last(0)}<1
Severity : Average


It Services :
Name : McAfee on sscit99
Status : Min (or Max is the same)
Show Sla : True
Acceptable : 99.90
Link : True
Triiger : Agent McAfee is not running on sscit99
Sort : 0

There are no value in table service_alarms.
