Zabbix trigger based on history

Hey Everyone, I am quite new to Zabbix and I am hoping to get some help with the setting up of a trigger. I would need to set up a trigger for CPU usage and the parameters for this trigger would be: CPU usage at or more than 80% for two hours, three times in a month.
I need the trigger to activate only if it happens thrice a month. from my limited knowledge this seems impossible. does someone know if there is a way to make this work? thank you for all the help you can give.

Maybe consider letting the trigger activate but not de-activate even if the condition is cleared and if trigger is maintained within a time frame as a step 2 action send notices. The triggers will fired but notify anybody. Alternatively, you can script some custom script w/ a counter and just have Zabbix call it. Userparameter can solve most issues but sort of a last resort

many thanks for taking the time to comment on this. I like the second with a script as it gives more flexibility. But this is way over my head hahahah. I will need to search for existing example of scripts that do this. I need it to count the occurrences of the CPU going over 80% only when there is a flip (to count it as 1 only when the CPU usage drops below 80%) and then to trigger only when this happens 3 times in a month. perhaps I would need another software like garfana to help with such a trigger
