I have the last version Zabbix in CentOS. I created all settings by send alert with Telegram Media Type, but the system macros aren't. I attahed two pictures.

Hey there
I had a similar error in the past and problem was with the telegram token. Check if the ID+token for the group or bot is correct, because the error says it cannot find it.
