I've been put in charge of setting up a monitoring/reporting and alerting system. I'm running Zabbix on a debian machine with around 300 hosts going up to around 500. I have no problems with the monitoring and reporting.
I've setup the MS Teams Zabbix webhook, and my alerts are going through fine, we have a very big enviroment so there's lots of places where we have no wifi. Is it possible we can reply to the zabbix events in teams with 'ack' and it will say we have acknowledged the problem?
ex:
1 - zabbix can't see switch core
2. - zabbix sends message to teams
3. - person in charge for the day replys to message
4. - zabbix says problem is acknowledged
6 - zabbix sends message to say problem is getting looked at so other workers don't worry
