Zabbix internal checks seem to not be working

I'm running Zabbix server and proxy in containers and I've assigned each respective server types a zabbix interal check template. Running Zabbix 5.4.

However, a lot of these checks are failing with invalid parameters. I'm not sure what's missing here or are these parameters just not supported anymore?

zabbix[vcache,cache,mode] -> Invalid first parameter.
zabbix[process,timer,avg,busy] -> Invalid first parameter.

These are just two - theres about 10ish like this.

Hi!

are you applying the same template to both proxy and server?
There are processes in the server that dont exist in the proxy, and vice versa.
Try applying the dedicated proxy AND server templates and let us know! (:

Here are a few differences between the proxy and server templates:
Server template has items related to trends, LLD, alerter and queue
Proxy template has items related to heartbeat and data sender
