Distribution of outgoing email messages

Good afternoon, all.
Can you tell me if it is possible to do distribution of emails from different nodes of the network to different emails.
Let's say a person in the company is responsible for the servers, the server crashed and a notification fell on his email, the printer crashed, the message was sent to the one who deals with them, and so on.

It is indeed configurable in Configuration > Actions > Triggers Actions where you can set up your alerts according to the issues and user groups concerned.

Then your users have to be configured to have their media and thus their email registered
