How to create a triigger for Interface Bandwidth Utilization???

Hi people, Need a basic help here..i need create a trigger for a interface bandwidth, like a warning if some interface bandwidth stay below a 5Mbps...
i tried this trigger:

{MYSERVER:net.if.out[ifHCOutOctets.8].avg(180)}<5Mbits

You have the right syntax, but for 5Mbits you should use value in bits
{MYSERVER:net.if.out[ifHCOutOctets.8].avg(180)}<5242880
